This Instruction converts the 8-digit BCD data in S and S+1 to 8-digit hexadecimal (32-bit binary) data and writes the result to R and R+1.

Example for use BINL

This condition if 0.00 is on the instruction will converts data in Dm 1
and Dm2 BCD code to Binary code keep in Dm50 and Dm51
